On-Site Information
Hollins Inc. is our show decorator. You will receive an email from our contracted conference coordinator, Jordan Vallerga, with exhibitor packets and details about ordering power for your booth following payment and registration.
Cancellation Policies
Exhibitors may cancel or withdraw from participation in the 2026 conference by submitting written notice, subject to the following terms. Cancellations received more than 90 days prior to the event (by July 20, 2026) will be eligible for a 50% refund, with the remaining 50% applied toward a VLA General Sponsorship.
Cancellations received on or after July 20, 2026 are non-refundable. The full amount paid will be applied toward a General Sponsorship.
Frequently Asked Questions
Does VLA provide hotel accommodations? Our conference center hotel has a VLA room block. Exhibitors may reserve rooms beginning June 1, 2026 when general registration opens. Check back on this page for links.
We have more than four people staffing our booth. Can I order additional lunches? Contact [email protected] for assistance with ordering box lunches for groups of five or more.
Do you offer lead retrieval? Our attendee list can be purchased before September 10 for $175.00. Please note that attendees have the ability to opt out of inclusion on this list.
Can I create a promotional image for my social media using the VLA or conference logo? Use of the VLA logo or conference logo requires permission. Contact [email protected] for written approval. You will receive a high resolution PNG for use once approved. This logo may not be altered, distorted, obscured, or edited in any way.
