Follow I-64 E to Tidewater Dr in Norfolk. Take exit 277A from I-64 E

Get on I-495 S/I-95 S from US-1 S

Take I 95 S until exit 50 US 460 Business
Stay on US 460 E  for 50 miles until it merges in Suffolk with US 58 E
After 10 miles merge onto I-64 E (4 miles), then merge onto I-464 (exit 291a)
Stay on 464 6 miles, use left lanes to stay on I-264 and use the 2nd from the left lane to take exit 9 for St Pauls Blvd toward Waterside Dr
Take Waterside Dr to E Main St. 

 

From Alexandria:
Take I-95 S to I-295 S, then merge onto I-64E. Stay on I-64E 62 miles
Use the 2nd from the right lane to take exit 263 to merge onto US-258 S/W Mercury Blvd toward James River Bridge, becomes US-17 S
Continue on US-17 S from Bridge, about 17 miles to I-664S
Merge onto I-664S to I-64E  then merge onto I-464 (exit 291a)
Stay on I-464 6 miles, use left lanes to stay on I-264 and use the 2nd from the left lane to take exit 9 for St Pauls Blvd toward Waterside Dr
Take Waterside Dr to E Main St.

From Roanoke:
Take US-460 E 243 miles Continue on US-13 N/US-460 E until merging with I-464N.
Stay on I-464 6 miles, use left lanes to stay on I-264 and use the 2nd from the left lane to take exit 9 for St Pauls Blvd toward Waterside Dr
Take Waterside Dr to E Main St.

Free overnight parking available at Harbor Park:
Free overnight parking is available at Harbor Park. You can park and catch the Tide (see below) to the conference hotel. We recommend caution if going to your car after dark. 

 

The Tide

Once in Norfolk, you could take the Tide, the light rail train connects to multiple park and ride lots and other Norfolk attractions. Our conference hotel is located near the MacArthur station. Tickets are $2 and schedules here: https://gohrt.com/routes/lightrail-schedule.pdf
