Registration and Rates

Online registration is closed. On-site registration is now a $75 fee per registration. No refunds will be processed after October 10.

There will be no option for meal tickets or for opting out of the attendee list that is shared with vendors to offset the organization's conference costs. There is still no charge for Presenter Only or VIVA Only attendees. The cost for non-attendees to see George M. Johnson remains $25.

Onsite Registration begins at 5pm on October 16; please note you may need to wait a short time for your badge to be printed. Meal tickets cannot be sold onsite. $50 will be added to each price category above for onsite registrations.

Lunch tickets can be purchased with your registration or are sold separately. Click the button at the top of the page to purchase a lunch ticket.

Due to rising food costs, we have had to pull back on providing breakfast foods on Thursday and Friday. Coffee and tea will be available in the mornings in the exhibit hall.


Transfer policy: You may transfer your registration to another person at your library if you are unable to attend; please contact [email protected] with transfer information (including dietary restrictions) prior to October 1.

Cancellation policy: Email [email protected] before October 9 for a refund. A $25 processing fee will be assessed.

No refunds after October 10.
