Lunch tickets can be purchased with your registration or are sold separately. Contact [email protected] to purchase a separate lunch ticket.

Information for Registering Multiple Employees

Are you the Key Contact for your library? Here is a list of information you will need to know about each employee in order to register them in bulk and generate one invoice. Please note that you will not be able to see the options to register multiple employees if you are not a key contact.

• Pronouns
• Name of Library*, City* and State* (these should pre-populate.)
• What category of registration they are* (Full Conference? Or are they a Presenter, Conference Committee Member or a member of VLA Council? If yes, they qualify for the discounted registration rate.)
• Do they want to opt out of the Vendor Attendee List
• Are you purchasing meal tickets for them? (Thursday and Friday box lunches are $35 each.)
• If yes, please indicate all dietary restrictions
• In what type of library do they work?
• How long have they been in librarianship?
• Are any accommodations needed?
