PUBLIC SERVICES MANAGER

AUGUSTA COUNTY LIBRARY

Libraries are about creating individualized, equal, and equitable access to resources. Every library patron has a unique need, and not everyone has the resources to meet that need. As a library, we build a rapport with the unique individual we are serving to determine what their need is, and we connect the individual with the appropriate resources, people, organizations, and/or technology to meet that need.

The Public Services Manager achieves this goal by ensuring front-line library staff have the tools, resources, and support to build relationships with all community members, provide quality customer service, ensure library buildings are well maintained, and library space is inviting and welcoming for all.
