Join Niche Academy CEO, Jeromy Wilson, for a clear look at how to move from written policies to training that helps staff and volunteers know what to do when real situations arise.

Jeromy will show how to identify the decisions, actions, and behaviors a policy is meant to influence, then build training around them. He’ll walk through a policy-based example in Niche Academy, showing how to use tutorials, scenarios, knowledge checks, and supporting resources to connect policies to everyday responsibilities.

You’ll get clear steps you can use right away, plus short demos that show how to create scenario-based activities, assign and deliver policy training, and track participation, completion, and engagement. You’ll leave with a simple way to take one policy and turn it into training people can apply.

This session is a democast: Jeromy will walk through how Niche Academy can help you turn policies into useful, scenario-based training while sharing takeaways you can apply to your own training right away.

If you're interested but can't attend the democast, go ahead and register. We'll send a recording to all registrants after the live event.
