This webinar will focus on researching the legislative history and appropriations in the annual federal budget. It will review the general appropriations procedure in Congress. It will also focus on resources for conducting legislative history research into appropriations, including annual CRS appropriation status tables, omnibus legislation, and members’ earmarks.
