LEADING INTERGENERATIONAL TEAMS: ENHANCING CONNECTION

Tuesday, September 15, 2026  •  10AM -12PM  •  Online

Today’s workplaces bring together multiple generations shaped by differing professional experiences, communication styles, values, and expectations. This interactive workshop explores how leaders can navigate these differences to build stronger, more connected teams.

This webinar explores common generational assumptions, identifies communication approaches that foster trust and collaboration, and teaches practical techniques to reduce misunderstandings and enhance team cohesion.

Through discussion, storytelling, and real-world application, attendees will leave with actionable strategies to strengthen workplace relationships and create inclusive environments where employees of all generations can thrive and contribute effectively.

Registration closes September 9, 2026.

IMPORTANT:

  • This webinar will be recorded.  Participants will receive a copy of the trainer's presentation and other relevant resources.

  • We thrive on real experiences and questions, so come prepared to share what's working (and what isn't) in your leadership journey
