Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and evaluation of emerging technologies and digital library services.
  • Oversee digital platforms to ensure usability, accessibility, and an excellent user experience.
  • Develop and deliver technology training for staff and the public.
  • Chair the Technology Committee and collaborate with programming and service teams.
  • Create policies, procedures, training materials, and best practices for digital services.
  • Analyze community needs, monitor trends, and recommend innovative technology solutions.
  • Manage vendor relationships, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and grant initiatives.
