DATE ENTERED: November 11, 2024 Circulation Support Coordinator The University of Virginia Library seeks applicants for the position of Circulation Support Coordinator in the Information Services and Spaces(ISS) department. This position splits their time between two distinct library functions. The Coordinator monitors and maintains transactions in the integrated library system relating to patron records, item records, and money flowing to and from Student Financial Services. The Coordinator also supports customer service and care at the Clemons Library Service and Information Desk and as supervisor to that location's Circulation Student Employees on Saturdays. Information Services & Spaces (ISS) staffs the service and information desks at five UVA libraries. We also staff our virtual reference and information services, as well as oversee circulation, reserves, and government documents. We are the Library's "front door." The Circulation Support Coordinator will work an alternative work schedule from Tuesday through Saturday during regular business hours. Responsibilities:
