Required Qualifications Considerable knowledge of university-level library and info research; excellent organizational and interpersonal skills; analytical skills including independent problem solving in a public service situation, critical thinking and time management skills; demonstrated ability to teach university-level library and info research; demonstrated ability to communicate effectively and accurately, both orally and in writing; demonstrated ability to work independently and in groups and teams; demonstrated ability to interact effectively with all levels of library staff and clientele; demonstrated ability to teach/train in an individual or group setting; some experience providing instruction; considerable experience providing customer service. Preferred Qualifications ALA-accredited MLS or MLIS degree; some experience providing user services; some reference experience in an academic library.
