W&M Libraries Mosaic Diversity Fellowships
A recent report by Ithaka S+R highlights a growing issue facing many academic libraries of understanding and addressing the lack of diversity in the library profession. In response to this report, W&M Libraries developed the Mosaic Diversity Program to provide valuable, paid library work experience to recent graduates interested in exploring library careers. We are dedicated to building a culturally diverse cohort and strongly encourage applications from underrepresented minority candidates for this program. The fellowship program includes mentorship and programming around topics including diversity and inclusion, librarianship, and issues in higher education. Please visit our website for full program details: libraries.wm.edu/mosaic. Job posting at https://jobs.wm.edu/postings/32346.
