About Public Documents Forum:
The Public Documents Forum of the Virginia Library Association supports educational programs dealing with government information. PDF sponsors programs about all levels of government information – United States, Virginia, international, and local. Librarians and library staff having an interest in government information, both paper based and electronic, are encouraged to participate in PDF activities.
The VLA Shipping List is the quarterly newsletter produced by the Forum. Formerly available in paper, it is now a solely electronic newsletter. The Shipping List has always been regarded as a highly informative newsletter for government information professionals and will continue its high standards in the brave new world of electronic publications.
