Option 2. Bring the completed form and payment with you and register on-site.
● Please note that there is a $50 extra fee for on-site full conference registration and a $25 extra fee for a one day on-site registration. This fee is not applicable if you choose OPTION 1 and fax or email your form prior to Wednesday, Oct. 20.
