2016 VLA Conference Stipend: Enter by September 8The Fundraising/Development Committee of the Virginia Library Association is pleased to offer 15 stipends at $100 each for attendees of this years' VLA Annual Conference, October 26-28, 2016 at the Omni Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, VA. Please enter your information by Thursday, September 8. Fifteen winners will be chosen randomly and will be notified by Wednesday, September 14.
