Recommendations on Librarian of Congress/ALA

The Virginia Library Association, along with 21 other state library associations and the American Library Association, have sent letters to The White House regarding the vacancy left by Dr. James A. Billington upon his retirement as the Librarian of Congress.

Attached is the letter sent by VLA President Suzy Szasz Palmer on September 28, 2015.
