The Citation read: “In recognition of the talent, time and dedication in converting online forms to fillable format, thereby immeasurably improving the functionality and usability of the Virginia Library Association website, and also contributing to improved [...] At the Friday, June 11, 2010 meeting of the VLA Council, Marianne Ramsden received a Presidential Citation from President John A. Moorman.
