When your Snapshot is concluded and your statistics, comments, and photos collected, it’s time to add your voice to Snapshot Virginia.
1. Enter your statistics using the survey at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/SNAPSHOTVA2012
If possible, add all branches of your library system together and submit one survey. If only some of your branches participated, then enter a separate survey for each. If you need to amend your survey, simply enter a new one. I will retain only your most recent submission.
2. Email patron comments to Kim.Armentrout@lva.virginia.gov
When you’re typing these, feel free to correct typos or simple grammatical errors.
3. Upload your photos to Flickr (some great photos have already been submitted this year).
a. Contact sbonney@crrl.org for login info
b. Once you’re logged in, click Upload Photos and Videos to begin.
c. Please tag your photos with these tags: VLA snapshotday LVA “your library’s name” Leave spaces between the tags please, and put quotes only around your library’s name. Feel free to include a brief description or caption for each photo.
Please have your statistics, photos, and comments in by May 18.
