We are pleased to announce that Rebecca Dames has been appointed director of the Virginia Beach Campus Library of Tidewater Community College. She will lead the new joint library which is a collaborative effort with Virginia Beach Public Library. Ms. Dames holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree from the University of Missouri and previously worked at Northern Arizona University.
Steven Litherland has been promoted to Library Coordinator of the Chesapeake Campus of Tidewater Community College. He previously was a reference librarian at the Portsmouth Campus and began his library career at ODU’s Perry Library. His degrees are from ODU and the University of Tennessee.
