Read Aloud Virginia’s fall fundraiser will feature National Book Award winner Kathryn Erskine, author of Mockingbird—a sensitive and realistic portrayal of a young girl with Asperger’s.
The event will be in Richmond on Tuesday Sept. 27, 2011. Afternoon session is at the Library of Virginia –Optional lunch ($15) begins at 11:30am; Session ($25) with autism workshop and author talk 12:30 to 4pm; Evening session includes author talk and book signing ($25)and will be at the Children’s Museum of Richmond.
