Leadership begins with knowing yourself, knowing whom you lead and having the confidence in both to pursue a common goal. Hone your leadership skills at this one-day seminar taught by Nan Carmack, Director of Campbell County Public Library. Spend the morning evaluating your strengths and weaknesses as a leader and how you can utilize the former and overcome the latter to move toward a positive, servant-leadership style of work. In the afternoon, we will discuss techniques for motivating, communicating with and delegating to your staff.
