Conference Registration: Early bird registration is $200 by 09/02/2011; $250 after 09/02/2011
Conference Schedule: CE classes and the Welcome Reception will be held on Monday, October 10. The meeting program will take place on Tuesday, October 11 – Wednesday, October 12, 2011.
Lodging for the Meeting: The deadline for making hotel reservations at the conference rate is September 19, 2011. The conference rate is $129/night plus tax and $10/night for valet parking for those staying overnight in the conference hotel. Alternate parking opportunities will be available for individuals not staying in the conference hotel.
