Cont. Education Opportunities for School Librarians: Webinars, Boot Camps, and more!

On their Web site, the American Association for School Librarians (AASL) has a wealth of information for school librarians, including a series of webinars called Learning4Life (L4L), which can be downloaded for a fee (members and especially students pay less!)

You can find more information at http://www.ala.org/ala/mgrps/divs/aasl/conferencesandevents/aaslconferences.cfm

We would also like to point out that AASL offers two boot camps for your School Library Program.

“Boot campers clear your schedules, recruit your colleagues, and get ready to arm yourself with information that will produce results in your school library program. AASL’s tour of 4-week courses for school librarians will help isolate problem areas in your current school library program and help you develop the techniques and endurance to bring your program into the 21st century.”
